More than a year
“Fell short of expectations”
Pros
When I first got Primafacie about 4-5 years ago, it was amazing. As an immigration attorney, it saved me a ton of time by replacing the need to fill out countless forms with just a questionnaire that automatically merged into the forms. However things have changed. The ownership decided to focus less on the software and it really shows. I've had to input the same information repeatedly and when I print out the forms, the info gets lost. For my last few cases I ended up downloading forms directly from USCIS just to make sure everything was done right. I've even had forms rejected by USCIS, which is unacceptable. To top it off, I got hit with a huge bill. I thought they were automatically charging me each month but apparently, they hadn't been charging me for almost a year. Who does that? It's really disappointing because they once had something great but now they have lost focus. I've moved on to a different immigration software but it's sad to leave Primafacie behind.
Cons
It doesn't merge information from questionnaires to forms accurately which has been frustrating. I have had to switch to a different immigration software because of this issue.

“CLIO users will find this extremely useful”
Pros
I really liked the ability to sync information between CLIO and Primafacie. It was also great for structuring individual addresses and employment histories.
Cons
I'm not sure if my dislikes come from a lack of experience with the software or if they're inherent limitations.

“Very user-friendly and saves time”
Pros
The interface is easy to use and learn. It has really helped us prepare applications much faster.
Cons
I would love to see more reporting features added to the software, it would definitely improve its functionality.

“Easy to navigate and well worth the price”
Pros
It is very easy to use and simple to work with, makes work a lot more easier.
Cons
A lot of the information just doesn't populate into the form like it's supposed to, which causes unnecessary delays.
