“A time-saving tool”
Pros
I like how well it streamlines client intake and information collection without costing nearly as much as competing products. It's noticeably more affordable and I especially value the premade questionnaires for all kinds of immigration law matters. The direct integration with Clio Manage saves a lot of time when collecting client details and the option to build your own forms is there too. From my day-to-day work as an immigration attorney, I'd absolutely recommend this software to others in this field. They also used to offer a free trial that was a nice way to test the platform alongside an existing setup before fully committing. That made it much easier to see the value firsthand. Another big plus is the customer service. The team feels approachable, honest and refreshingly down-to-earth.. it is rare with software companies that often seem focused on charging more at every turn. They come across as transparent, trustworthy and genuine and that gives me a good impression of the company as a whole. It was also very simple to put into place within my current software system and the integration feels much cleaner than what I've dealt with from other automation vendors. Used regularly, it really can save both time and money.
Cons
The interface is not the most visually polished one I've seen. It's not a major issue but a more modern look would definitely be a welcome upgrade.

“Checklists that actually work”
Pros
The workflow feels intuitive and the case type checklist is especially useful.
Cons
The auto-populating can be glitchy and there are too many tabs with repetitive information.
