Occasionally team members overlook the notification email from this app so it slips past them and we've had to send a reminder message. To avoid that problem we include the sharing link right in the body of our emails in addition to letting the tool send its own notification.

This tool makes creating and managing customer contracts at scale effortless and it allows me to communicate with customers directly while tracking signatures in real time.

I have two main suggestions for improvement: The first is better change tracking, since we constantly create new versions of contracts, having the ability to redline, clearly view exactly what was altered between versions and store those iterations in a clear, logical and searchable way would be extremely helpful for auditing and collaboration. The second is version control, the template filing feels rudimentary (i.e. everything lives in a single folder) and would be much better if we could create subfolders to organise templates. Still, the upsides far outweigh these issues because we've developed our own workarounds.

What I appreciate is that the team behind this product genuinely wants to tackle complex contract-signing situations and honestly, nothing else on the market handles that right now.

It's hard for me to point out a real downside. With tools as sophisticated as this, you do need to invest time to get everything configured properly. The onboarding process wasn't as smooth as I'd hoped at first, though they have already fixed those onboarding issues inside the app.

I'm really fond of the clean UI this tool offers and I find it extremely easy to use, I can send a contract out within seconds and I appreciate being able to see when the recipient opens the email.
