Instead of bouncing between Word files and long email threads, I mostly rely on it to draft and review contract versions, share them and get them signed all in one place. Day to day, I'm in the software making small wording updates, tagging teammates to request comments and then sending the final contract out for signature without leaving the platform. One thing that really works well is being able to tell exactly where the process has stalled so I'm not left guessing who still needs to review it.

Working on more complex contracts feels a bit limiting at times, more when I need very detailed formatting. It also took longer than I expected to clean up, edit and migrate all of our existing templates into the system. And while some of the software's features are very good, they were not always obvious right away and only became clear after I had spent more time using the product.

While the core CRM integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce are strong, anything beyond those two tends to rely on Zapier or custom API scripts which introduces extra overhead for smaller teams like ours.

Because of that limitation I won't get automatic annual reminders if the contract renews yearly. In my opinion the product really needs an automated renewal tracker that surfaces each contract's renewal date and presents a view of upcoming renewals for every renewal cycle.
