Pros

Rolling it out felt much faster and less intimidating! It automatically identifies legitimate senders organizes them in a sensible way and walks you through the process step by step so we were able to go from monitor to p=reject with real confidence. The dashboard turns raw DMARC reports into clear, actionable insights and alerts which makes it much easier to fix problems quickly and communicate security impact to leadership. The integrations with Microsoft 365 and our email gateways have also been smooth and the guided BIMI setup helped us strengthen brand protection and improve deliverability without adding extra operational work.

Cons

There's definitely a learning curve if you're not already comfortable with email security since DMARC, SPF and DKIM still take some time to fully grasp and a few of the UI labels could be more accessible. The pricing also feels geared more toward enterprise customers and I'd like to see more granular tiers for organizations with smaller sending volumes.
