“Flexible workflow automation system”
Pros
During a trial run, I got to test this out and noticed right away how flexible it is. A lot of things can be adjusted to fit what I need. What stood out most to me was how simple it is to build and tweak workflows. I can control how the debt collection process moves step by step based on certain conditions which makes it feel very adaptable for different situations.
Cons
At times, I've noticed it takes a bit of effort to adjust the software for specific country requirements. It's not a huge delay or anything but it does require some patience in the beginning before everything fits properly.

“good tool”
Pros
Working with file imports felt pretty manageable even when there were a lot of extra fields included. From my experience, it doesn't feel overwhelming for someone who isn't very experienced. The way it guides me through setting up segments and assigning tasks follows a clear structure, so I didn't feel lost while using it.
Cons
There's also a delay with external assignments which slows things down.

“feature rich platform”
Pros
From what I've seen, the platform offers a wide range of features that cover almost everything I might need. It feels like it can handle different use cases without much limitation. On top of that, I've had a really good experience with the support team, they've been responsive and helpful whenever I needed assistance.
Cons
Working with large portfolios, I've seen that end-of-day processes can take up a lot of time and also put pressure on hardware. It can feel a bit heavy when handling bigger workloads.
