“Downgraded platform with migration issues

Pros

To be completely honest, I couldn't find anything I liked about this platform. My experience with it has been disappointing across the board. If there were an option to rate it below zero, I would seriously consider doing that because it just didn't meet my expectations at all.

Cons

After they acquired Phone2Action, I had no choice but to switch over. Using this platform has been frustrating for me. Campaign migration was handled by non-technical staff which led to mistakes that I then had to fix through email since there's no easy way to reach someone by phone. I also lost several features I relied on before. For example, what used to be simple formatting options now require custom CSS just to adjust basic things like button colors. Without technical help, that becomes a real problem and overall it feels like a downgrade.

Pros

At best, it handled basic notifications when bills were sent to the committee. It did what it was supposed to in that specific area but nothing really stood out beyond that. For me, it felt average and didn't go much further than the minimum.

Cons

For my state lobbying work, I bought this expecting access to legislative staff contacts but that didn't happen. Later, I was told my state doesn't publicly share that information, so I'd have to rely on generic emails that are already available online. On top of that, ending the contract requires a 60-day notice which I found extremely frustrating.
