Pros

This application makes our daily work management so much easier to handle. The reporting, invoicing and billing features really simplify everything for us. What I particularly love is how smooth the E-invoice integration works, you can generate an E-invoice with just one click. I've had nothing but positive experiences with Razorlex customer support too. Whenever I've reached out, their response time has been impressive and the agents are both knowledgeable and friendly. They walk you through everything step by step until your issue gets resolved. Really appreciate the excellent service!

I can't really think of any major issues since my experience has been pretty great overall.

The fact that engineers run the company is fantastic for me. Despite the growth we're experiencing, it still maintains that small company feel.

Sometimes the wait time gets pretty long I think specially when uploading large amounts of data.

I find it really easy to navigate and generating custom reports based on my specific parameters is really simple. Having complete control over the data gives me exactly what I need.

Cons

The loading times could definitely be better. Sometimes when I export reports to Excel, I have to reformat the entries before I can run any formulas on them.
