“simple document navigation system

Pros

One thing I appreciate is how simple it is to move around the interface. Finding documents doesn't take much effort and I can quickly download them or switch between different views. The extracted text view also does a great job of converting documents which makes reviewing content more convenient for me.

Cons

I notice that some documents don't convert properly or are difficult to read. Also, files that are password protected can be tricky to open which slows things down a bit.

Pros

What stands out to me is how convenient it is for electronic discovery work. I can go through documents without any confusion. The highlighting feature sticks around which helps me keep track of important terms. I also like how it shows how documents are connected so I can easily understand their relationships while reviewing them.

Cons

Sometimes I run into delays when the coding panel is loading during document review. It doesn't happen all the time but when it does, it can interrupt my workflow.

Pros

The search tools are really strong in my experience, making it easier to find exactly what I'm looking for. I can also adjust workflows based on my needs which gives me more control. As my work grows, I feel like this system can keep up without becoming a limitation.

Cons

Getting started with this took quite a bit of effort for me. It's not easy to learn at first and the cost is also on the higher side which makes it a bigger commitment.

Pros

Personally, I enjoy how easy it is to get things done with this tool. Searching for information doesn't take long and I can complete documents with a good level of accuracy. It helps me stay efficient without overcomplicating things.

Cons

There are moments when the system goes down and it can take a while before it's back up and running. That downtime can be frustrating, especially when I'm in the middle of something important.
