Pros
From what I've experienced, the interface works well for document review in eDiscovery tasks. I can adjust settings to match what I need and the system also helps with automated review. On top of that, the support team has been helpful whenever I've reached out for assistance.
Cons
there isn't much to complain about but I will say it comes with a lot of features. At times, that can feel a bit overwhelming especially for new users trying to figure everything out.

Pros
This has helped me find legal information without much effort. I like that it covers a wide range of topics so I can explore different areas depending on what I need. It makes researching feel more accessible and less time-consuming.
Cons
The only issue I faced was during sign-in which felt a bit inconvenient. It wasn't a major problem but it did take a little extra effort to get through.
