“Highly customizable data logging system

Pros

A big plus for me is how much I can adjust things to fit my needs. The base setup already covers most of what I use and whenever something extra comes up, the support team puts in real effort to help figure it out and get it working. What really makes a difference is how detailed I can be when logging information. Since my work involves complex data, being able to record everything with that level of depth has been very useful.

Cons

Not a con but certain tools like the report builder aren't very easy to work with. I had to understand how joins work just to use it properly and the layout didn't feel very clear. It does what it's supposed to do but I often need help or a refresher when I come back to it.

“Evolving feature rich tool

Pros

Using this regularly, I've noticed that it keeps getting better over time. There are a lot of features available and I can set things up in different ways depending on my reporting needs. I also feel well supported by their team which makes the overall experience more reassuring.

Cons

Since it's still a newer product, I've noticed that updates sometimes change how things look which can feel a bit sudden. That said, I do think the team makes a great effort to guide users through those changes.
