Pros

In my workflow, this has made a huge difference in how quickly I can go from start to signed agreement. What used to take days or even weeks now only takes minutes. I can set things up and send them out quickly and the system guides users step by step in plain language which helps them understand what they're signing.

Cons

Great tool but in my case, our enterprise sales contracts are more complex than others. Almost every condition needs to be adjusted for each client. I haven't moved those forms into the system yet but I expect to do that at some point.

Pros

Closing deals feels much faster for me now. It works really well on mobile so I can send documents for signing directly from my phone. My team also appreciates how simple the overall experience is which makes it easier for everyone to use without confusion.

Cons

One thing I wish I could do is remove unsigned or unused documents from the dashboard. Having them sit there makes things feel a bit cluttered.

Pros

On calls with clients, I've been able to customize letters of intent in real time while sharing my screen. By the end of the call, I can send them a link to sign right away. This approach has helped increase the chances of getting signed documents since clients already understand what they're agreeing to.

Cons

Setting up templates requires help from support which I think is because of the legal side of things. I can't fully create documents on my own but I will say the team is quick to respond and helps make changes whenever I ask.

Pros

What I like most is how clean everything looks and how easy it is to use. Signatures come through quickly and my clients have had a positive experience with the tool as well which makes the whole process smoother for me.

Cons

Honestly, I haven't been able to come up with any real downsides so far. It's been working well for what I need.
