Pros

The best part is that I can manage all legal activities in one place like legal cases, legal practice and even customizing for special needs. The flexibility is really well thought out.

Cons

I feel like the software isn't marketed well enough and the brand needs to be improved to make it more recognizable. Coming from abroad, it seems like the product needs more use within the local market before expanding further.
