Customizable integrated data platform

Pros

From what I've seen, the interface feels well thought out and easy to build within. It responds well to customer inputs and I like that there are many integration options available. The Data 360 integration is also a nice addition that adds more value to how I use the system.

Cons

Right now, I'm trying to set it up with email data included but there isn't a ready-made integration for that. I'd like to see more options in this area and I think the interface could use a bit more polishing too.

Pros

I've noticed it goes beyond just being a chatbot. It actually helps me complete tasks like creating records and drafting emails. I can also connect it with tools like Slack which makes it more useful in my daily work. The security features, including the Einstein Trust Layer and zero data retention, make me feel more confident using it.

Cons

While using this tool, I've noticed that it depends heavily on the data inside Salesforce. If the data isn't clean or has duplicates, the responses can be off and sometimes the output isn't accurate. Because of that, having admin-level understanding really helps.
