Pros

In my daily work, it matches how attorneys usually operate. Everything is organized around files or cases which makes document handling and related tasks feel more natural for me. It fits right into how I'm used to working.

Cons

Since the system serves an international user base, I feel it could include more standard options built around the US market. Supporting all 50 states in a more direct way would make things easier for my use case.

Pros

Working across different modules has been really helpful for me. I handle legal matters, contracts and entity management and having them separated keeps everything neat. I also like that users can send contract requests through a portal and check updates or notes which keeps everyone in the loop.

Cons

Great tool overall, however, one thing I don't really like is how the portal is separated from the main contract area. In my case, business users need to submit contract requests and that part actually works well. But having different links for viewing contracts and submitting requests makes things confusing. It would be much better if request creation was built directly into the contract section so everything stayed in one place.

Pros

Entering data doesn't take much effort on my end and I can easily keep track of the status of each matter. This makes it easier for me to stay organized without spending too much time managing details.

Cons

the reporting side is very limited and honestly frustrating. I can't get basic reports like I used to in other systems unless I pay extra for custom ones. Even when I try to build reports myself, it feels complicated and not very clear. Sometimes the data shown is also incorrect or incomplete which makes it hard to trust. I've also run into issues with user access, where different groups end up seeing things they shouldn't because restrictions aren't flexible enough. On top of that, moving items between modules isn't possible which adds more limitations to how I organize my work.

Pros

From what I've seen, the tool keeps improving over time and can be adjusted to fit different needs. Overall, I feel satisfied because it meets both my requirements for managing files and the expectations of my managers, especially when it comes to generating reports.

Cons

In some cases, updates don't go smoothly for me. When changes are deployed, they don't always work on the first try and I've had situations where custom features disappeared and needed another update to fix things.
