“Microsoft word integration tool”
Pros
Using it with Microsoft Word has been really convenient for me. The add-on works well and it makes handling documents more comfortable since I'm already familiar with Word.
Cons
Only one thing that bothers me is navigation. I can't smoothly scroll through pages and have to click each one individually which slows down the experience for me.

“Responsive video based support team”
Pros
Whenever I've needed help, the technical support team has been there for me. They don't just respond, they actually walk me through solutions on video calls which makes it much easier to fix issues quickly.
Cons
Sometimes, I find the interface a bit complicated. That said, once I spend some time using it regularly, I do get more comfortable and can move through it faster.
