Pros

Working with e-discovery tools here, I found that once I had some basic training, it became fairly easy for me to handle. It only took a few hours before I felt comfortable using it on my own. That said, I've struggled a bit with the redaction tool, it feels harder to manage than the rest of the system, so that part could be improved. One feature I really like is being able to tag documents with my own descriptions because it makes organizing things much easier. I also remember thinking the pricing was on the higher side compared to similar tools offering similar functions.
