“Super easy to use”
Pros
Our Law School Legal Assistance Clinic has been using it to manage client cases for the past year and it's been great! The law students running our pro-bono cases find it super easy to use. The training and support we've gotten from it have been amazing. It helps us communicate better and keeping client info safe and easily accessible is a huge plus. I'd definitely recommend it!
Cons
Uploading documents could be more simple but it's not a huge issue.

“Easy access with good price”
Pros
I love how easy it is to access and use it. Plus the price is great and the customer service is top-notch. It's simple without being overly complicated and there are no unnecessary features.
Cons
nothing major to complain about. the interface could be a bit more interactive but overall, it works just fine.

Pros
This software does a lot for the price! What really makes it stand out though is the awesome support team behind it.
Cons
program can feel clunky at times but honestly, the support team is great at walking you through it and explaining how it works.

Honestly the first thing that got me interested in it was the price after I saw some Reddit reviews. Our firm was using a bigger, more expensive system but it just was not working when our practice shrank during COVID. I gave it a shot after meeting with their sales and training team and it's been exactly what we needed. It's definitely different but super easy to learn and the customer service has been fantastic.
Cons
It's not as feature-packed as some other options but honestly, we don't need all that extra functionality. We don't even use everything that it offers. one thing I do want to mention is that it is super responsive to feedback. I mentioned that we needed some timekeeping and invoicing reports which were not available and they are adding them in their next update. Can't really ask for more than that!

it has everything I need to manage my practice and work with clients. It's really easy to learn and use and their customer service is amazing!
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints. the only challenge for me is getting used to the different features compared to the case management platforms I've used before.

Pros
I am really impressed with this software. It's easy to learn and use but what really makes it shine is the incredible customer support. Every time I have a question, they are quick to help and they genuinely care. The regular updates they release, many based on user feedback are awesome. I'd recommend this software to any law firm... big or small.

Pros
it makes managing cases so much easier. Its super user-friendly, functional and client-friendly. I love how customizable it is, it lets me adjust it exactly how I want.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues with it...it really does everything I need. And if I do need help, the customer support is amazing. I can't recommend it enough!

“simple to Use and Install”
Pros
I find it incredibly easy to use and install. the setup process is quick and simple and whats even better is that it doesnt require a lot of training for employees to get the hang of it.
Cons
The client management is based on email but we have a lot of senior clients in rural areas who don't use email which can be a challenge.
