Pros
Keeping up with legal changes used to be time-consuming but now everything is updated in one place. It didn't take long for my team to get started and we were able to begin using it after just a couple of training sessions. The client portal is another feature I really like and support has been great whenever I've reached out.
Cons
I've just started using it, so I haven't noticed any negatives yet. Everything has been working well and I'm impressed with how easy it is to use.

Pros
Getting around the system feels natural to me and I don't struggle to find what I need. I also feel confident relying on the information it provides which is a big plus.
Cons
If I had to point something out, organizing documents into folders could be improved a bit. It works but I feel like it could be made smoother.

Pros
The layout works well for me and I don't feel overwhelmed while using it. The handbook builder is easy to work with and I can complete tasks without running into confusion.
Cons
I'd like to see the search feature improved by adding AI support and including references to the sources of labor laws. That would make it more useful for my work.

Cons
At times, moving around the system isn't very clear and I need a moment to figure out where things are. I do eventually find what I need but it could be better.

Creating and updating handbooks has become much quicker for me, especially when policies change at the state level. The setup process was simple and whenever I needed help, support was available.
Cons
So far, I haven't really experienced any downsides. If I had to mention something, it would be that I need to purchase access for each state separately as I expand which can add up.

Before using this, I had to track policies and updates manually which took a lot of time. Now I can rely on the system to provide current information whenever I need it. I also like that the language used in documents is clear and not overly complicated. Working with the sales team has been a good experience as well.
Cons
There isn't anything I dislike but it would be nice to have different tone options when creating handbooks. That way, companies could better reflect their own style.

Pros
Building handbooks and policy documents feels much easier now. I can make edits as I go which speeds things up. The state checklists are especially useful when helping companies expand or confirm requirements.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints about the system. If I had to pick something, I'd say it would be nice if the state checklists could be rebranded more easily instead of sticking to the default look.
