I've noticed some issues with saving documents to Smokeball, where the latest version doesn't appear or can't be located, even if it shows up on the Dashboard. Also, it would be useful to allow users to duplicate billing entries.

“Integrates well with many other products”

Pros

We started using Smokeball years ago when it had fewer integrations, but it was excellent for keeping all client documents in one central location and for document automation. Now, it integrates with a lot of other products we use, like Chicago Title, Court filings, and billing, which makes it even more valuable. The interface is super simple to use and didn't take much time to learn.

Cons

The billing software is not particularly useful, and I'm not fond of the continuous price increases.

Smokeball's features are very helpful and have made my daily tasks so much easier and quicker. The Outlook integration is one of my favorite parts since my job involves a lot of emailing. I use Smokeball every day, and I find it very easy.

Smokeball can be excruciatingly slow, which is particularly annoying when I'm working in a fast-paced environment.

Getting started with it is very simple and new hires pick it up incredibly quickly. I'm still able to use my own work product while also benefiting from the time-saving automation in the forms. There are tons of features built in that save a lot of time.

Cons

The matter types can't be customized and they aren't a very good fit for Texas cases.

Honestly I'm happy with just about everything Smokeball offers.

Almost everything about it has been disappointing. On top of the already high price, every integration comes with extra fees and takes hours to figure out.
