I've noticed some issues with saving documents to Smokeball, where the latest version doesn't appear or can't be located, even if it shows up on the Dashboard. Also, it would be useful to allow users to duplicate billing entries.

We started using Smokeball years ago when it had fewer integrations, but it was excellent for keeping all client documents in one central location and for document automation. Now, it integrates with a lot of other products we use, like Chicago Title, Court filings, and billing, which makes it even more valuable. The interface is super simple to use and didn't take much time to learn.

The billing software is not particularly useful, and I'm not fond of the continuous price increases.
