Pros
Adding a cookie banner to my website was important for meeting GDPR requirements. The team provided clear guidance and I've been able to stay up to date with changing regulations which gives me confidence in staying compliant.
Cons
The response time from support could be improved. Sometimes I have to wait longer than expected and faster replies would make a big difference for me.

Pros
What I appreciate most is how simple everything feels while using it. I never feel stuck because the team is always available to help and guide me whenever I need support.
Cons
At the beginning, I did struggle a bit to understand how everything worked. That said, it wasn't really the tool itself but the complexity of the task it handles. The support team stepped in and helped me get comfortable which made a big difference.
