“easy to use but slow integration”
Pros
I find it super helpful ! Its really easy to use and the customer support team is fast and super knowledgeable. The user interface is simple and works great for saving histories, getting patent links and exporting data. The best part is that they actually listen to feedback when adding new features. However it did take me a little while to get the hang of their quick links and icons but once I did, it made everything easier. Also it covers legal and Latin terms that regular spellcheckers don't catch which is a huge plus for my work!
Cons
Sometimes the integration with other software can be slow but overall it's fine.
