“Exceptional demos!
Pros
I thought the presentation, demo and the way they engaged with customers were all spot on. Their branding felt cohesive and well executed. I also found that they offer some practical, effective solutions for contract review.
Cons
the system couldn't produce templates the way I needed, there was no real AI functionality and it depended heavily on human intervention which required significant understanding and extra time.

“collaborating with a responsive team
Pros
I find SpotDraft's Customer Success and Product teams fantastic to collaborate with. Whenever I run into an issue or have a question, Customer Success gets back to me and lays out a clear plan of attack. The Product team then rolls out the fix very quickly.
Cons
I've noticed a handful of quality-of-life features missing. There are a few UI/UX glitches that make navigation frustrating at times but I have confidence in the SpotDraft team to tackle and resolve each of these issues before long.

“platform that anticipates needs
Pros
A few features like the search results, contract repository, standardized template creation and workflow have drastically reduced my workload. It felt like it anticipated what we needed when configuring the platform for our team and nailed it perfectly.
Cons
Being able to connect legacy documents and some additional editing options, for example, removing a counterparty's details if I enter them incorrectly are two capabilities that, if implemented would greatly enhance my experience as a customer.

“Easy use with supportive crew
Pros
It is really easy to use and the support team is excellent ,always ready to answer any questions I have.
Cons
Personally, I'd prefer that template updates be made directly available to customers but I still feel the team is genuinely supportive.

“Creating our repeatable workflow
Pros
When we signed up with SpotDraft, it was at a moment when our team needed to manage a very large volume of contracts but we also wanted to keep the whole workflow simple and accessible. They assisted us in designing a repeatable process and ran training so that colleagues across the organisation can initiate a contract quickly without needing legal deep-dives. What really stands out to me is how clean and interactive the interface is, it's clearly built by people who have spent a lot of time learning what in-house counsel actually need. Because of that, my team spends a lot less time verifying templates or painstakingly reviewing documents and overall our efficiency has improved noticeably.
Cons
The one capability I wish it would add to its already strong feature set is handling the procurement of stamp paper and attaching it to the contract. That final step of appending the physical stamp paper is currently something we still have to do outside the platform before a document is ready for execution.

“Passionate team & polished product
Pros
I am genuinely impressed by how passionate the team is about making the product better. Whenever I suggest a change, they really take it on board and act. When we run into an issue, they fix it and sometimes even before I notice it myself. Week after week the platform keeps improving and becoming more polished.
Cons
We really don't have any major complaints. There were a handful of hiccups with the SpotDraft Editor early on but those glitches seem to be getting resolved and the editor's stability is clearly improving over time.

“love the deep-search dashboard
Pros
I like the dashboard and the way it displays the stages for each contract. The search tool lets me dig deep and extract data by applying multiple filters which is very useful.
Cons
When I'm drafting, I can't move forward unless I select certain flags even when they don't apply to the contract and then I have to delete them manually during the drafting process. I believe this is something that could be easily resolved.

“Responsive tool with friendly interface
Pros
I love this tool, even at such an early stage has developed an interactive tool with a very user-friendly UI/UX. The product team responds quickly, and I also appreciate that our CSM is consistently available to assist whenever we need support.
Cons
I'd really like to see email notifications added and I wish I could view a business user's complete dashboard in one place instead of having to keep toggling through filters.

“Helps our team work together
Pros
Our team benefits from many of Spotdraft's features that I find extremely useful. The collaboration tools stand out because they let teammates add comments and view contracts. Since the interface works a lot like Google Docs and Word, switching over was much smoother for everyone. I personally appreciate the key pointers tool as well since it helps us quickly monitor important business terms we rely on heavily to keep our contractual responsibilities organized and easy to manage on a daily basis.
Cons
We noticed a couple of small adjustments Spotdraft needed, like correcting where comments appear in the margins so they line up with the highlighted contract text. Fortunately it fixed that right away, which made the feature much simpler for us to use now.

“always making the product better
Pros
We've noticed their team continually enhances their platform to improve how we interact with it. They pay attention to our questions and build features that benefit us greatly.
Cons
Because the product is constantly evolving, I occasionally run into glitches or user-experience hiccups, still once I flag them to the team, they quickly jump on resolving them right away.

“simple for sales and great support
Pros
It is incredibly simple and interactive to use and our sales team had no trouble adopting it into their workflow. Their customer care and after-sales support have been excellent. The SpotDraft group, with Ishita Sharma at the helm, are consistently reachable, helpful, personable and professional.
Cons
I would really appreciate an option that lets the financial details inside our contracts be exported automatically into Excel, making it simple for our finance team to pull and use the figures without manual re-entry.

“Saves us hours of work
Pros
We save hours thanks to Spotdraft's Contract Extraction tool, it pulls out key clauses so we can quickly show clients the important points when reviewing contracts.
Cons
I don't really have any negatives to report. From the moment we signed up, Spotdraft's team collaborated with us to tailor the metadata fields we needed for the product to fit our workflows and since then we haven't run into any problems.

“Clean, simple and helpful solution
Pros
When I use the platform, the UI and UX come across as clean and interactive which makes it particularly simple for teams without a legal background to use, I also value how configurable it is and the wide range of features on offer. The team is easy to reach and very responsive, they deliver quick turnarounds and they're excellent at brainstorming and coming up with creative solutions.
Cons
no cons so far, however, there are a few capabilities I think would significantly boost its value. One would be a mobile app, similar to DocuSign, so I could manage and sign documents on the go. Another useful addition would be a way to submit legal requests for agreement types that aren't yet covered by templates like the request workflows I've seen in ServiceNow. Finally, it would help if signatories could be selected automatically based on contract value, that feature would be particularly valuable for publicly listed companies like Kaleyra during legal and financial audits.

“Built for real legal work
Pros
What impressed me most was the contract repository and the ability to build templates, they're simple to use and genuinely cut down the workload for our contract team. It really feels like the SpotDraft product team dug into the nitty-gritty of how contracting actually works, understood the specific headaches legal teams face and designed features that directly tackle those pain points.
Cons
Some of the admin controls, like setting up users and building role-based access are a bit more complicated to use than I'd hoped, so there's a learning curve. That said, it's not something I dislike outright, instead I expect the product will benefit from simplifying those particular settings in future releases so they don't feel so awkward for administrators.

“easy tools for my team
Pros
It's obvious the product was created by attorneys who've actually handled contract review and negotiation ,I can tell because their workflow mirrors real life. Having been users themselves, the team clearly understands our needs. They've packed the app with a variety of clever, one-of-a-kind features that align daily tasks in ways I haven't seen in other tools. On top of that the interface is incredibly interactive, so getting up to speed was painless.
Cons
One drawback I've run into is that it controls the template inputs, which means whenever we want to tweak or update templates we have to send those changes to them for implementation. That process adds friction because we don't get to edit templates ourselves, not even for small adjustments and it can be frustrating when I just want to make a quick change without opening a ticket.

“Friendly and easy to use
Pros
the interface is very interactive, I can quickly see what's happening across the platform and figure out how to use its features without confusion. I have been impressed by the support team, they responded fast and were flexible during onboarding and they genuinely take user feedback into account. I also appreciate that new features keep getting added but it never feels like they overwhelm me.
Cons
the built-in text editor is slow to load, although it does come with a lot of powerful tools. Managing user roles can be a bit tedious in my experience.

“Search still needs work
Pros
From the moment we sat through the demo, we immediately decided to buy it because its operation felt so user-friendly and interactive.

I find that searching or retrieval, parent linking and citation handling still need improvement, among other things.
