“fast redlines without outside counsel

What I really appreciate is being able to upload an agreement (usually SaaS, where we're the customer) and get the platform to analyze it and deliver detailed redlines inside 24 hours. Before we started using this service, we'd send contracts to outside counsel and wait five to ten days for feedback. Since switching, we've been able to finalize deals much faster and secure stronger protections for our company. Even better, we're now funneling far more of our contracts through legal review than we did previously because people are no longer reluctant to initiate reviews when they don't have to pay or wait for ages.

So far no major drawbacks have appeared and I find it meets our needs effectively.

Loading multiple versions isn't obvious and I noticed I need extra steps to compare edits across them.

For me the redlining capability and its accuracy really stand out, the AI is exceptional and I appreciate the support team for quickly building an effective playbook.

Cons

I find it quite expensive though I understand why: most contracts receive a hands-on, personal review which I recognize adds to the cost.

Using this tool saves me time and speeds up the whole process of finalizing legal documents

At first I couldn't pay with a credit card which annoyed me but now they've added that option
