The interface is so simple that I can send documents for signatures without any explanation and they come back signed in just 5 minutes.

Cons

I haven't really found any major weaknesses with this system, the backend metadata capture works flawlessly and never lets me down.

Pros

One platform handles all my e-signing needs perfectly, plus it offers unique features like the Video Signing Room and LongPen that I haven't found elsewhere. Everything stays compliant with regulations too which gives me peace of mind.

Cons

Nothing really bothers me about this solution.
