Pros

One thing I find useful is being able to ask customers how they found us. It gives me better insight into what's working so I can focus on the right channels.

Cons

I'd like the option to ask customers more questions within the system. That would help me gather better insights and improve how I interact with them.

Pros

I get a clear picture of where customers are coming from and the response rate has been pretty strong. That kind of feedback helps me make better decisions.
