Pros
Implementation process is easy, especially if I have some basic knowledge under my belt. Integration with Python works smoothly and there are plenty of features to work with. The fact that it's free software is definitely a major plus. I use it regularly and haven't run into any major issues.
Cons
Getting familiar with it takes some initial learning for me but honestly I think there's nothing major to complain about.
