“Great for reminders but lacks text search”
Pros
I really like the automatic reminders. When a case has a statute of limitations, it's crucial to make it a top priority. The docket management and time tracking turned out to be way better than I expected. The access controls and strong security are definitely a nice touch. Plus, the Legal Assistant isn't just limited to desktop use, which makes it super convenient.
Cons
In my experience, not having full text search makes it harder to use. Also, there's no client portal, which would be useful, the calendar and scheduling could definitely use some improvements.
