The layout is very decent which makes documents simple to locate and helps me find clients linked to their matters without any hassle. Plus everything being arranged alphabetically also keeps it well organized and convenient to navigate.
Cons
There are times when the login integration between your account and other links in the software feels confusing. After an update was introduced, I had trouble getting into my account.
