Thread is easy to access, convenient and simple to use. I love how it's all right there when I need it.

It's easy to use and simple but with the package we have, only one person in the office can use Thread at a time.

Well, I like it a lot. It is super user-friendly. The layout is clean and everything is easy to find.

The email section needs an update. When I import a sent email from Outlook, it ends up in the Inbox on Thread instead of the Sent Items section, which makes it hard to find the sent emails.

It's my one-stop shop for case management and cloud storage. I really appreciate how everything integrates, like mail and OneDrive, it just works seamlessly.

In my experience, the tool is really easy to use. The Brief Builder is quick and works great. The training was also really helpful.
