To be honest I liked everything. I never ran into any problems with it.

“Great fit for time management

Pros

After using TimeSlips for over 30 years we switched to TimeNet Law. The best part about it is the amazing tech support. Switching from TimeSlips to a new platform required some hand holding and TimeNet Law's support is by far the best I have ever experienced.

Cons

Well I have not found any negatives at all. It just works.

“Using it for over a decade and is happy

What I really enjoy is the almost instant support when something goes wrong or when I do not understand something. As an early adopter of TimeNet Law, I have even helped the developers with suggestions. It has met all my needs and my government clients appreciate the program. When I get audited, they look at it and just say, That�s fine. My last audit only took 15 minutes.

Cons

Honestly I don't know of any cons.

“Makes invoicing easy

Pros

I love how easy the billing section is to use and my clients can read their invoices without any confusion.

Cons

The only thing I do not like is the payments section. When posting a payment, I have to go through the entire list of clients to find the one you need which is inconvenient when posting a lot of payments at once.

“Works perfectly

Pros

TimeNet is easy to use, affordable and they are always working on improvements to help me manage my practice well.

Cons

I cannot really think of anything I dislike about the product. Most issues I had were user error and they helped me fix them quickly. If I had to pick something I like the least it would be that I can't write checks directly from the program. I want to eliminate the need for a separate program like QuickBooks.

“Nothing but praise

Pros

I find it simple to install, easy to use and easy to learn. Plus the team is constantly updating the software with new features.

Cons

There is nothing that I dislike about it.

“What makes me stick to it is the support team

Pros

As a Mac user I tested many Windows based billing systems but they were all clunky, lacking and expensive. I tried their software, canceled my other subscriptions and got up and running quickly. Overall it meets my simple needs perfectly.

Cons

No cons except after an upgrade. Like I could not find my client files but a quick call to the support team solved the issue. There service is so great and I can't imagine my practice without him.

“Mac lawyers will love this

Pros

It just works like it is supposed to, day in and day out. I have no complaints here.

Cons

Maybe there is a con but I have not found it yet after many years of using it.

“It saved the day

Pros

When we switched to TimeNet, we were worried about how easy it would be to learn and integrate the software. Luckily it is quite user friendly and easy to understand. Plus any questions I have are answered right away with their excellent customer support.

Cons

Like with any software there are occasional glitches or questions but most of the time, a simple troubleshooting fix solves them.

“Support team goes above and beyond

It is quite intuitive and easy to use and very well organized.

Cons

I feel like it could use more video demonstrations to help learn specific tasks.

Well it is easy to learn and use, priced just right and to me the customer support is outstanding.

Cons

There are some limitations in reporting and at times I find the retainer replenishment feature is a bit difficult to use.
