Pros

I can come up with ideas, handle all the finer details and get the work done a lot faster than when I usually manage everything on my own. Having all the tools and structure in one place manages the entire creative and execution process turning what used to be scattered steps into a smooth, efficient workflow.

Cons

At first it took me a while to get comfortable with it but after I adapted it became significantly easier to use.

It is a very helpful tool. The automations have smoothed out everyday workflows for our internal stakeholders making routine so easy. It's also very simple and smooth to set up a new automation. Whenever we need assistance the team's support is consistently warm and genuinely helpful.

Cons

We haven't faced any drawbacks with Tonkean so far.

I no longer have to wait on our internal IT team to build or finish a workflow for me. Once it's connected, we can tailor the tool to align with my team's processes.

I don't feel restricted by our complex enterprise software when I use it because I can customize and expand it to suit my needs so no cons.

Pros

Actually I discovered it recently and at the start it was a little tricky to figure out how the modules and solutions actually work but after learning it I grew to love the platform and can honestly say it saved a great deal of time for our procurement team, introduced many automations, provided smooth solutions and importantly offered a low-code environment for admins. Also I appreciate the support team especially Talia, who helps us a lot and never misses a timely response or solution!

Cons

As with many tools it occasionally lags however the support team resolves those issues right away. Speaking as an administrator of similar systems I would say the interface could be more user-friendly and easier to use.

I appreciate Tonkean's complete process-management capabilities, they're excellent. I can easily monitor how my workflows are progressing and quickly spot where things could be tightened up. On top of that, its reporting tools are powerful and clear, allowing me to evaluate workflow performance and confidently decide which tweaks will boost efficiency.

Cons

It can be hard to learn at first especially if you're new to automation. It has a lot of features and figuring out how to use them takes time and effort.

Cons

From my experience getting it up and running was fairly complicated and demanded a lot of time. It called for a considerable commitment of hours and effort to configure and integrate the platform with our existing systems and workflows. That said it does provide customer support and resources to help users through the setup process.

Pros

Even though I'm not tech-savvy I managed to build fairly sophisticated workflows in it within minutes. I used to waste a lot of my time on several manual tasks but now it handles them all for me, freeing up my schedule and sanity.

Cons

Their customer support is not always great and I've had some experiences where responses were slow or not very helpful. I also find the platform more limited in customization than I'd prefer since I can't tweak the interface's look and feel to suit my specific needs.
