Pros

The playbook feature has been very useful for me when it comes to automatically creating contracts. It reduces manual effort and speeds up the process.

Cons

In the beginning, I ran into quite a few bugs which made things frustrating. Over time, though it has become much more stable and reliable.

Pros

Handling contract negotiations has become much easier. Instead of dealing with multiple versions of Microsoft Word documents being shared back and forth, I can now see the latest version along with all comments in one place. It has improved efficiency for me and even after signing, I can clearly track what was agreed upon and when.

Cons

Depending on my screen size, the menu layout doesn't always adjust perfectly. It can feel a bit off which affects how easy it is to navigate.

Pros

Compared to many other tools, I feel this one focuses more on actual business needs rather than just technical features. That makes it more practical for my day-to-day work.

Cons

I'd like to see more integrations added. I know improvements are in progress but having more options available sooner would make it even better for my workflow.
