“User-friendly interface”
Pros
Right from the start, the interface feels simple and the alert features for timing and trigger events like extensions and options are really useful. Being able to load data into the system also makes rollout and deployment much more manageable.
Cons
Financial data can't really be calculated inside the platform. The entries are all hard-coded and only supported through a comment or explanation field. Since it also can't pull fields from prior months or years to calculate contract value, that work has to be done outside the system which creates extra duplicate effort.

“useful email reminders”
Pros
It is pretty easy to handle. Creating actions is fast and working through them doesn't take much effort. The email reminders clearly tell me what needs to be done which helps keep contracts updated without missing anything. Once a contract is properly set up from the beginning, there's really no need to keep thinking about the tasks manually.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into any issues with the system. It can be configured to cover everything needed for contract reviews and updates.

“Efficient contract tracking”
Pros
Having software like this makes legal contract tracking much more efficient and the platform is simple to use.
Cons
Havent noticed any downsides. Everything works well for me and the software is user-friendly and accessible across the company.
