“Dependable transcription workflow
Pros
In my workflow, I've found the transcription process extremely dependable and thorough. I rely on it for every customer interview project and highlighting or annotating video clips for production has become very simple for me.
Cons
There's nothing I'd change about it, I wholeheartedly recommend this service to others.

“High-quality multilingual transcription
Pros
Based on my use, I've experienced transcription quality that's second to none in both English and French. I appreciate that it handles captions well, removes the need to jump into Premiere and gives me speaker identification, great online editing and a very handy mobile app.
Cons
Honestly, the price is quite high, much like many SaaS offerings. It often starts out affordable but over time the fees creep upward and I've watched those recurring charges increase. There have been moments when I opened my billing statements and felt genuinely shell-shocked at how much the service was costing me which is a real downside considering how useful it is.

“Professional and responsive support
Pros
During a short project, I used this product to help a client with transcription. I forgot to cancel afterward but I found the support team handled my refund request professionally and without hassle.
Cons
Had no problems at all, I liked the product but I simply didn't need the service anymore and that's why I stopped using it.

“Billing and usage concerns
Pros
At the start, I felt it offered outstanding value for an automated transcription service. I liked that my usage was tracked by uploaded files which made it easy for me to monitor everything.
Cons
Later they changed the billing and how usage was tracked. I noticed that every time I duplicated an existing transcription using it's tools, the same uploaded/transcribed file was billed again. Those repeated charges were not disclosed in the terms of service.

“Accurate and user-friendly tools
Pros
Overall, I find it accurate and genuinely user-friendly, with tools that actually help rather than get in the way.
Cons
So far I haven't found any problems. That said, I'm certain the platform offers more features but I haven't explored all of its functionalities yet.

“fast processing for large jobs
Pros
For large transcription jobs, I rely on it because it finishes work in about an hour and saves me a tremendous amount of time compared to similar tools I've tried.
Cons
I can't say there's anything I dislike about it's software.

Pros
In daily use, I find it handles complex audio recordings efficiently. I appreciate the great online editor, the sleek and responsive mobile app and the ability to add closed captions to both audio and video files.
Cons
i think it is quite expensive and the pricing should be lowered so people won't hesitate to purchase it. Occasionally the transcription is inaccurate with very complex files. I would like to see more sharing tools added to the app interface.

From an editing perspective, I like how it identifies speakers automatically, stays easy to edit and makes tracking progress fast and clear for me.
Cons
My experience is that organizing files can be tricky and renaming feels a bit clumsy.

Pros
In terms of productivity, I've cut my transcription time down to half or even a third depending on audio clarity. I really value the editing tools and how the system learns and adapts to new vocabulary.
Cons
I still find the Portuguese transcription needs work and doesn't match the accuracy I get with English or French. On certain days it suffers heavy lag, to the point where I can't get any work done.

Pros
When correcting errors, I appreciate being able to slow down or speed up recordings and jump directly from text to the exact audio moment. I do wish it handled very soft or heavily mumbled voices better but it still saves me a lot of effort overall.
Cons
Sometimes when I assign speaker one and speaker two, the labels get mixed up later on in the document while I'm editing the transcriptions.

“Aligned interview workflow
Pros
We depend on it to let us work smarter, not harder. I appreciate how easy the interface is and how faithfully it transcribes our interviews. Manually cleaning up transcripts can be a real slog but this tool noticeably cuts down the editing time required to get our material ready.
Cons
Compared with hiring a human transcription service, it does mean we still have to do some backend editing, although that hasn't caused problems for our workflow. It would be great if it could automatically strip out filler words and repeated small phrases that add no real meaning, things like 'ok', 'right?', 'you know' and similar. Overall, we're happy with it and would recommend it.

“Time-saving advantage
Pros
Saving time is the biggest advantage for me. Because transcription takes far less time now, I can spend that extra time on higher-priority work and other more important things.
Cons
One drawback I've noticed is that I can't cut and paste from other applications which limits how I move content between tools.

What I appreciate is how fast I can produce an automated first draft transcript from an audio file, saving a lot of time.
Cons
Sometimes, it struggles to tell speakers apart, when I change a speaker's label it often flips large sections back and forth incorrectly which is frustrating.

I find it really easy to navigate and appreciate the useful features it offers and it's been an enormous help when I'm handling large transcription projects.
Cons
There are times when pages take a while to load and the transcriptions aren't flawless, I wouldn't say they reach around 90% accuracy for the kinds of projects I work on.

“Smooth tool for integrations

In my workflow, because it integrates directly with Avid MC, a tool I use often, I can rely on it to actually do what it's supposed to do. I appreciate the translation options and the ability to export words which helps me work more smoothly.
Cons
I've noticed it can be sluggish at times, probably due to server delays, and the navigation back to a previous level doesn't work reliably. When I hit the back arrow or step back it dumps me to the top project view, so I have to retrace all the way back to the specific clip I was editing. English, German and Spanish translations have come out fine for me but several other languages produce poor transcripts and Mongolian isn't supported at all.

Based on how I use it, it processes many hours of audio without any issues and delivers transcripts within minutes. I consider it indispensable when I'm working with interview material that spans several hours and I never begin editing until everything is uploaded and transcribed there first.
Cons
I find the built-in text editor riddled with frustrating quirks and small bugs. You'd think you could type and edit transcripts just like in a Word document or Google Doc, yet there are enough little inconsistencies and rough edges that they interrupt what should be a convenient editing flow and slow down our work.

“simple for script assembly
Pros
At my production company, I use it constantly and find it incredibly simple. I rely on it when assembling scripts and I really value being able to play back interviews while automatically capturing timecodes whenever I cut and paste.
Cons
I can't think of any real drawbacks. The sole change I'd like is the ability to share single transcripts with clients so they can listen to the interviews too. Other than that, I have no complaints whatsoever!

Pros
For me, having access to unlimited transcripts is a huge relief because I don't have to worry about extra charges each time. I remember how messy our accounting used to be with piles of receipts and now I only need one per month. I also like how tidy the app keeps my work, letting me organize folders by client and I enjoy seeing new features added regularly.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have anything I dislike about it, it's been a tremendous help to me.
