“outdated software”
Pros
The only upside with this product is that I can shut it off.
Cons
Honestly, this software feels like going back to DOS-era programming from the 1970s. I worked through payroll with my Finance Director for our small community and it required five separate modules plus the same repetitive entries over and over again for every item. Using something this outdated in 2023 was incredibly frustrating. It wastes a huge amount of time and I'll be looking for absolutely anything to replace it.

“Great data table software”
Pros
It works really well as a data table solution. As long as you know what you're searching for, finding accounts is pretty quick and simple.
Cons
search takes a bit of care, if you get too specific with your terms, it can return nothing even though the account is actually in the system.

Pros
Everything about this tool feels very functional and getting around the system is simple. On top of that, reaching customer support is simple whenever help is needed.
Cons
The interface does look a little dated although that feels pretty expected for software built to handle government-related work.
