“Superb regular scans”
Pros
It has been very helpful for reviewing the GDPR requirements on our website. The regular scans keep uncovering new potential issues which makes it much easier to stay on top of what we need to address and remain compliant.
Cons
There haven't been any specific problems so far. The interface can seem a bit complex at times but that makes sense given how technical the service is.

Managing cookie restrictions across the different pages in our company has been really valuable for our team.
Cons
I was very used to the old platform's Cookiebot manager so adjusting to the new dashboard has been a bit challenging but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it.

Pros
Using it has been a really positive experience overall. Even without relying on their built-in integrations for CMS or e-commerce platforms, setting it up as a custom integration in a React app was well documented and clearly designed with care.
Cons
Their way of defining a session makes it pretty difficult to predict which pricing plan will actually be necessary.

“Wonderful customer care”
Pros
Getting started was pretty simple and the interface is user-friendly enough to understand without much effort. Whenever I need assistance, support is easy to reach and usually provides helpful answers very quickly.
Cons
One thing that would really help is a regular alert about new services appearing on the website that the tool has not picked up yet. I'm not sure whether I'm missing something but that kind of notification would be very useful.
