Pros

Being able to offer a digital signature system in many Latin American countries is a big advantage. When working with companies abroad, having more standardized criteria becomes really important and this helps a lot with that.

Cons

The system would be even better with the addition of templates and a contract management module designed for lawyers.

Pros

The platform was rolled out quickly, lets us manage multiple electronic signature providers and includes document management workflows that cover the company's needs very well. On top of that, the support has been excellent and the product keeps gaining new features on a regular basis.

At the beginning, task distribution wasn't ideal when a document needed multiple signatures but we raised the issue with the company and they adjusted the process so sequential signing is now possible.

It has met our organization's needs really well by giving us an user-friendly tool to manage documents and handle the signing process efficiently. They have also shown complete availability whenever we've reported incidents or suggested possible improvements.

Cons

It would be helpful if they added document management by department so everyone in the same area could see the documents, along with some assistance when entering recipients' email addresses.

The whole tool works really well as a package. It keeps things simple while still delivering powerful results.

Cons

It could improve the integration with Mac for the advanced signature reader. Also, the simple signature drawing repository should be better since it keeps asking to upload one every time.
