“easy implementation”
Pros
Getting it up and running was very simple. It really felt like easy following the bouncing ball. Most of our staff adapted to it immediately and we received plenty of positive feedback about how user-friendly it is. Having an entire marketplace at their fingertips also means staff can always find suppliers when they need them.
Cons
I honestly do not have any negative comments about it.

“Access to wide range of suppliers”
Pros
Managing the entire tender process is very simple with it. It also brings stronger accountability for public servants and gives access to a wide range of suppliers through the marketplace.
Cons
At times, it can be a bit difficult for specialist subcontractors or contractors to follow.

“budget-friendly option”
Pros
Having pre-qualified vendors already available in the area you need is a big advantage. The platform is simple to use well and the cost is quite low. If you send out RFQs regularly, it can save many hours on each one. It also makes it possible to include the LGA panel as part of the process which increases vendor availability. Another helpful part is that the system follows up with you if a decision has not been made on time.
Cons
It can be hard to bring non-qualified vendors into an RFQ.

“Minimal learning curve”
Pros
Found it pretty easy to handle and it works well for just about anyone, whether they've had training or not. People can jump in and start completing tasks without much of a learning curve.
Cons
search bar is annoying. You have to enter the company name exactly as it appears for the system to find it. For example, if the company is listed as Bill.Bob, it won't appear if you search for Bill Bob.

“Simple to get the hang of”
Pros
Even without a procurement background, the platform is simple to use and doesn't feel complicated for regular team members.
Cons
The reporting and analytics tools come at an extra cost and it would be better if those features were included in the standard subscription.
