Pros

I really appreciate its complete archiving system which makes it simple to listen back to recordings and copy them when they need to be shared or distributed.

Cons

Even though the features are useful, they don't feel as up to date as you would expect from a newer and fairly expensive program. It also struggles to recognize words accurately when the speaker has a different accent.
