“Superb Square integration
Pros
Having this waiver platform connect directly with Square has been the standout benefit. The customer-facing kiosk is very simple to set up and use and uploading a new document for signatures is easy as well.
Cons
It's definitely one of the more basic waiver-signing platforms out there. It handles the core job and does what it's supposed to but it doesn't offer many extra features, much customizable branding and updates or new document uploads aren't instant since customer support has to make the changes although they do respond quickly.

It is very simple to manage and the customization options are a big plus. It's also easy for customers to use which makes the whole process much more convenient.
Cons

“Frustrating to get waivers uploaded

Keeping all of our consent forms online has been really helpful. They stay saved indefinitely and it's simple to pull up returning clients when we need them.
Cons
Getting the waivers uploaded has been frustrating. I've had to reach out to customer service quite a bit and even more than a month after signing up, we're still trying to get all of our waivers uploaded properly. We still haven't been able to use it with clients because every field is set as required, even when some of them don't apply to us. There really needs to be an N/A or not applicable option for certain clients. When you catch an issue, you have to send it back to be changed and that can take days or even longer.

Pros
Having my contracts available on a digital platform is a good concept and was the part that appealed to me most.
Cons
The platform is not user-friendly at all and pulling up information from it has been difficult. On top of that, I had to ask my clients to enter their details several times on my iPad before the system would actually save the information.

“customizable waivers
Pros
Having the ability to customize the waivers has been really useful and I also value that everything is stored on the server so I can get to it whenever I need. Not having to stress about misplacing important paper forms is a big plus. The electronic documents also feel current and simple to work with.
Cons
The only downside is that sending waivers to clients by email requires upgrading to a higher service tier. It's a minor limitation and not something I personally want to pay extra for although I do appreciate that the option is available.

The setup process was pretty uncomplicated and checking whether waivers have been submitted is just as simple.
Cons
I really don't have any complaints, it's been working excellently and I haven't run into any problems.

“Handy waivers for large groups
Pros
Online guests can complete their waivers before they even show up which is especially helpful when we're handling large groups.
Cons
It does have a Google Play app but it doesn't update properly on the Fire tablets we use. Every now and then, we have to download the app again to get it working the way it should.

The offline capability has been a huge plus since our building doesn't have internet access and it still hasn't caused any issues for us.
