The layout really is thoughtfully designed. It's so simple to absorb all the key information at a glance whether I'm reviewing a decision or an appeal. What I appreciate most is how each case summary is structured to make the most important details stand out right away. I don't have to scroll endlessly or dig through paragraphs to find what matters it's just right there, clear and easy to access. It saves so much time and helps me stay on top of things without the mental clutter.

Frankly everyone at my firm myself included has essentially given up on the "new" Westlaw interface because it feels inconvenient. We went through dedicated training and still can't get comfortable with it. While the updated back-end may well be better, the new user interface is simply abysmal.

My main issue is the price. It's brutal to pay $142 for a single court filing and even when I run the analytics features the fees to pull the linked court documents referenced in the report remain exceedingly high.
