Back when I wasn't using Zoolibrary, I could easily lose 10 minutes every day sometimes more just dragging emails into the right folders. Even with all that manual effort, messages and documents still slipped through the cracks which wasted time and added unnecessary business risk. Zoolibrary completely changed that. Now each email and document is automatically sorted and connected to the right matter. I no longer have to search through inboxes or manually file emails. It genuinely feels like having a junior lawyer taking care of all the tasks I know should be happening except now they're handled for me automatically.
Cons
Honestly nothing comes to mind as it's a genuinely innovative tool that has completely reshaped the way I think about filing and matter management overall.
