“Centralized solution for contracts

Pros

Having all of our contracts in one centralized platform has been a big advantage. Searching for agreements is simple and the ready-made templates help speed up contract creation. That has saved my team a good amount of time, especially during the early stage of the project.

Cons

The approval workflow doesn't feel very fluid. Setting up routing sequences and approvals can get stuck when instructions aren't clear or some data is missing. Because of that, we've missed tight deadlines on several important contracts.
