“An Engaging Learning Tool”
Pros
This tool adds a bit of humor, which makes even the serious stuff more enjoyable to watch. On top of that, the customer support does a fantastic job of explaining things clearly, making everything much easier to understand and improving the overall user experience
Cons
At times, for me some parts seemed to take a little long and it might help if during explanations some key points could be highlighted on the screen to keep things engaging and easier to follow.

Pros
For us the simplicity and flexibility are important advantages, along with the ability to manage our own time and learn entirely at our pace. This makes it especially convenient for users who need to balance learning with other responsibilities but still want to achieve their goals.
Cons
Sometimes it takes me a bit of searching to find things since there are so many possibilities and that can make navigation feel slightly confusing at first.
