“Quick ai-driven microlearning with fast workflow
Pros
Lately I have been using 7taps Microlearning to create short, powerful teaching snippets. The best thing is that getting started is quick and only needs a little tweaking on my part. Plus the AI-driven video bits keep things interesting and relevant and it automatically inserts questions with almost no effort from me. Sharing content and going live is easy too which fits well into an existing rollout. For example I uploaded a one-page poster, made a few small edits and published it the same day. Overall the workflow is fast, engaging and looks polished. And because it works well on mobile devices, it is easy for staff to access making learning quick, meaningful and interactive. It also provides feedback so we can collect useful data on how well it is working.
Cons
I would really like to see more English accents and avatars tailored to my industry like medical professionals. Our staff is very diverse so including accents like London, Northern UK, African and Indian would add credibility and make the experience feel more authentic. It is important that the voices stay clear and easy to understand but they should not sound overly formal or stiff. Such as a more natural tone would work much better.

“Enjoyable ai avatars and simple editor
Pros
I really enjoy the AI capabilities in it particularly when it generates avatar-driven dialogues and gives me lots of choices for different interactions inside a module. The editor itself is pretty simple to use and one of the biggest advantages for our team is being able to export content as a SCORM file for upload to our LMS. Plus when updates are needed, I can edit things online and those changes automatically reflect in the LMS without having to re-export or re-upload the SCORM package. I also find the analytics handy as now pulling reports and data is quick and painless. To top it off, the initial setup was extremely easy and simple.
Cons
If I create a module and want it to focus on a different angle than what the AI produced, there is not a way to tweak the existing output in place. That means I am forced to build an entirely new module from scratch including answering all the questions again. Plus I'd really like the option to adjust the prompts inside a module so I could better refine the generated content. On top of that it would be helpful if images could be displayed more effectively on the cards.

“Impressive new AI
Pros
As someone who uses the app regularly, I am really impressed with the new AI capabilities, the upgraded avatars and the fact that I can combine text and video in a single presentation. The software is also very user friendly and presents material in an easy to digest way that works for learners of any age. I even like the knowledge checks built right into the slides. Overall it is super simple for my staff to adopt and has streamlined our operations nicely.
Cons
One thing is that I would like to be able to export completion reports directly into our LMS for tracking.

“Fast microlearning creation with copilot feature
Pros
I have been using it to build short-form microlearning content. What I really like is the copilot feature as it lets me create a microlearning module in just minutes by answering a few prompts. It also guides me to clarify the target behavior and identify skill gaps, so the learning ends up customized to those specific needs. Setting it up was simple and quick too.
Cons
From my perspective, it would help to sync learner profiles across all delivery channels so there is a single, reliable record of completion. For example, tracking opens via Slack and direct links. I know the team is already working on this and expect they will release that functionality soon.

“Simple top-quality training content creation
Pros
The tool makes it simple for our team to create top-quality training content. Plus it delivers training in a layout and style learners already know and feel comfortable with, plus on the devices they use every day. Its reporting features are thorough and provide the insights we rely on for good decisions. I have also found the platform easy to roll out and connect with our existing LMS and training content libraries.
Cons
My biggest frustration is that I cannot recreate our organization's hierarchy inside the platform. For the tool to really work for us, we need a way to sort and view learners by department, team and similar groupings. It would also be really helpful if I could grant managers or leaders read-only access to reports and stats so they can track progress themselves. I'd also like to see more built-in guidance and ready-made templates to steer the creation of microlearning whether it is for updating an existing process, building skills or rolling out a new product or system aligned with established learning best practices.

“fast course creation
Pros
Creating courses with it is incredibly simple and fast. In just minutes I can put together a full microlearning course using the A.I tools and the process is way too simple. Also there is a lot of creative latitude when I design the cards. Such as I can add images, choose backgrounds, drop in videos and even include quizzes to reinforce learning. What really sells it for me is how all of that content looks on a smartphone as the layout is clean and perfectly suited for short, mobile-first lessons. One of my favorite parts is being able to deliver modules directly to learners via text, QR code or by entering their email so the platform sends an invite. It feels like I am using both an LMS and an authoring tool at the same time which is super convenient.
Cons
Overall I am very pleased so far and there is not a lot of negative feedback to share. If I had to suggest improvements, it is just I would love to see more variety in quiz question types to better assess different skills. It would also be great if the A.I course creation features continued to expand so they can handle even more complex course structures and customization. Lastly I wish the title card could support additional images beyond the logo and background, so I have more visual options for the opening slide.

“Supports short, bite-sized learning paths
Pros
I really like that it supports short, bite-sized learning. My team and I can schedule and automate learning paths for specific groups and it gives employees with different learning styles a real chance to engage and succeed.
Cons
Sometimes it is tricky for me to format content within the current card types.

“Easy bite-sized learning content builder
Pros
7taps makes it really easy for our team to build short, bite-sized learning content quickly which efficiently supports upskilling. I also value the option to upload a PDF and turn it into a training module. Overall it's made creating refresher courses so much simpler. Plus getting started was fairly easy and our customer manager guided us well throughout the setup.
Cons
the SCORM integration did not feel like it justified the cost because I can simply convert a SCORM package into a PDF and then build a learning module from that.

“Simple drip campaigns and amazing support
Pros
What I love most is how simple 7taps Microlearning is to use. Setting up drip-style learning campaigns and emailing staff directly is amazing. Plus I can easily send reminders to people who have not finished their modules and learners respond well. The support from the team especially Olivia and Kari has been incredible and really helped us succeed. Honestly I loved almost everything about it. At my last job, it changed the game and I am confident it can make any organization more successful.
Cons
One issue I ran into was that it did not integrate with the LMS we were using at my last employer. I also wish there were deeper integrations so we could pull reporting into that system as well as that would have been much more useful.

“Fun, visual and quick course creation
Pros
I use 7taps Microlearning to create quick, simple content for both internal use and customer-facing training. And with its smart and enjoyable interface our small team can often put together a full microlearning course in an hour or sometimes even less. Building a course in it is genuinely fun and the lessons are very visual. As the templates keep every layout looking polished and professional which saves me a huge amount of time on graphic design. I also like how consistent the visual style stays across courses. Overall everything about it feels great and user friendly and their customer support is fantastic as they are very personalized and responsive.
Cons
We find the review process clunky. Right now there is not a smooth way for a subject matter expert to provide feedback directly on a 7taps course. And I think the platform could benefit from a review feature like Articulate offers. It is also challenging and time-consuming to create images that fit well inside each small card. This is especially frustrating when making training about hardware and software. This slows down our production. A built-in review loop and better image handling would improve our workflow significantly.

“Automatic updates across all placements
Pros
Whenever I make changes, they update automatically wherever I have used the course. For example, if it' is in an LMS as xAPI and embedded as an iframe in another training, editing the original updates both without needing to republish separately.
Cons
I'd like the option to build learning paths without forcing them to be assigned to specific users. It would also be great if those learning paths could be accessed by learners who do not have email addresses.

“Quick and engaging mobile-first learning
Pros
What I really like is how quick and engaging the learning feels. It breaks down complex subjects into short, hands-on lessons that are easy to understand and remember. Plus it is designed for mobile and very user friendly. I mean it does not feel like a chore as I just fit it naturally into my day.
Cons
Well I am disappointed by the limited feature set inside the platform. I can work around many gaps by bringing in other tools but I would prefer if everything I needed was available in one place. Reporting is another frustration as there are three separate export options, yet there is no way to pull all reports out in a single combined export.

“Simple creation and sharing of microlearning
Pros
Creating microlearning is not a problem and sharing it with colleagues is just as simple. The available case studies and resources on microlearning also make it easier to convince others to try it.
Cons
Pricing is a little too high for my budget and I'd like to see additional customization options for example, the ability to edit images more freely and to change the layout of individual cards.

Pros
I love how fast I can build lessons like in minutes I can create something genuinely engaging. Plus the interactive format keeps people involved, making lessons enjoyable instead of tedious. The bite-sized modules also improve retention, so learners remember more in far less time.
