Pros

Building trainings is really easy with this platform and the support team has been amazing whenever needed. It's also very user friendly which makes the whole experience even better.

Cons

The pricing is on the higher side for smaller companies. It would be nice to see a more tiered option that fits businesses like ours better.

“Offer lot of customization options

Pros

With this tool building courses is really easy. I can set up a course exactly the way I need it, then clone it to speed up development for future courses. The biggest highlight has been the support team. They've helped me with plenty of customizations, respond incredibly fast and consistently offer useful suggestions along the way. That level of help started with the salesperson, who walked me through the decision process really well and continued with a support team that is knowledgeable, responsive and willing to take the time to truly understand what we're trying to accomplish.

Cons

Honestly I don't have any complaints. Between the available customizations and SCORM file support, I have been able to bring my vision to life exactly as planned.

The most valuable parts for me have been the quiz tools and the way students can reach their instructors quickly whenever they need help.

Cons

Connecting it with our business system was fairly manageable but adding new content to lessons and blogs took someone who really understood how these kinds of platforms work like someone detail-oriented who could keep track of the steps and sequence.

It is polished, professional and clean, also it's very easy to use. The overall user journey works well and gives an amazing experience.

At the start, a few parts of the user journey needed some adjustment but we were able to sort them out.

Right from the start the platform offered strong functionality and could handle just about every feature I wanted. If something was not already available, I could pay for custom development and get exactly what I needed. I honestly feel the platform I built will run efficiently and reliably. The team at AOM seems genuinely invested in my success and charges a fair price for the high-quality work they delivered. If I had to sum up what I appreciated most in three words, it would be peace of mind.

Nothing is ever absolutely perfect but any small shortcomings felt completely reasonable by industry standards. This team has been highly conscientious and professional throughout and I really cannot point to anything they've done wrong.

This platform fit our needs really well because of how customizable it is. The team behind it is genuinely professional as they take the time to listen, understand what's needed and then build and roll things out according to the specifications. On top of that the overall support has been excellent.

One thing I'd still love to see is more gamification features and additional ways for users to socialize within the system.

it is very good and the whole system was user friendly enough that it didn't take much effort to understand. Whenever questions came up, the answers were easy to track down which made the learning process a lot less frustrating. It was also simple to work within the system, make edits and roll out updates whenever needed without much hassle.

Cons

There was a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, so it took some time to get fully comfortable with it. The domain transfer also wasn't immediate and took a little while to complete. That said, once everything was set up and we knew our way around, it worked well without any real issues.

Whenever we have needed help, Academy of Mine's support team has been outstanding. Someone is always available to respond quickly and they've been incredibly helpful during the implementation of our website designs. They don't just answer questions either but they regularly offer suggestions and recommendations and they really go the extra mile to make sure the final result matches exactly what the customer wants.

Cons

The software was quite challenging at first and there's definitely a learning curve. After spending some time with it, it becomes much easier to manage. One thing that really helps is labeling everything clearly on the back end. Another downside is that the platform can take longer than expected to load which gets frustrating when you're only trying to make small edits.

One limitation is that I cannot upload multiple files unless I bundle them into a zip file first.

Academy of Mine put together an LMS with the core features we needed as a training provider and that has worked really well for us. Even better, as our requirements have expanded over time, the platform has continued to grow right alongside us and still meets those needs.

Cons

At the beginning the system had a lot of interconnected pieces that all worked together to shape the user experience. That power is definitely one of its strengths but it also meant the learning curve was fairly steep. It was more challenging because most of the documentation was in video format. From what I understand, AoM has been adding written instructions too.

Because it's built on WordPress, the platform gives us plenty of room to tailor the look and interface to fit different needs. Another big plus is the ability to support an unlimited number of users which makes it especially attractive for organizations expecting a large audience.

Cons

Some of the customization menus aren't very user friendly and can take time to track down. Along with that, a few features that feel standard or more advanced on other platforms are either missing or fairly basic in AOM. That said, one of AOM's biggest advantages is that their team is willing to work directly with clients to customize and further develop the product.

It offers excellent flexibility, both on the front end and the back end which made it possible to tailor things exactly the way I wanted. Support has been outstanding throughout the setup process and even after launch. Pricing feels very reasonable for what's included especially with the broad range of built-in features and products. The modern, interactive course player is another big plus and adds a polished feel to the learning experience.

Cons

Getting fully comfortable with the system can take a little time at the beginning, mainly because there are so many products and capabilities packed into it. That said, they provide strong training tools and very helpful support which makes the learning curve much more manageable.

Running an online course business is much more complete with Academy Of Mine. It gives us the tools to build and sell courses, along with management features and website plugins that improve both the e-learning and e-commerce side of things. From customization options to live training support, it covers a lot and comes across as a very well-rounded solution worth considering.

Cons

Pricing is probably the biggest downside but considering everything included like 24/7 support and the wide range of tools available it is justified. Even though it costs more, the value it provides makes it hard to see that as a dealbreaker.

“Easy and simple to use

Pros

AoM is easy to use and once we were up and running, it gave us far more room to be creative with content development than a typical LMS ever could. The mix of a reliable course player, admin panel and gradebook with WYSIWYG page building, H5P interactive elements and WordPress-based frameworks makes the platform feel very versatile. Because of that combination, AoM offers a wide set of tools and features that can fit just about any organization's eLearning needs.

Cons

The H5P integration is a strong addition and does a lot to keep learners engaged but the native testing features still need more work. Right now, the built-in assessments are limited to multiple choice, multiple correct and short answer formats. The assignment tools are very strong overall as well, though having more control over how learners can interact with assignments would make that part of the platform even better.

Whenever I need assistance, help comes almost immediately which has been fantastic. Nearly everything can be customized too and that adds a lot of value.

Cons

At this point I really haven't run into any actual downsides. Yes a few topics could be explained more clearly in the tutorials but I don't have any complaints about the platform itself or the service.
