Pros
Keeping track of training with this program feels very flexible and it helps me manage everything in a really efficient way. The customer service has also been outstanding! They stay in touch regularly, keep us informed about updates and provide notice about any additional training opportunities.
Cons
There is not really anything major that stands out as a problem. The only downside is that it is a costly product.

Pros
Everything feels well organized and user friendly and it syncs properly with State POST.
Cons
Only drawback is the cost since it's expensive but aside from that I haven't had any problems with it.
