I appreciate how straightforward the user interface is both on the admin side as well as the user side. I have limited knowledge of development and Acadle has made it pretty easy for me to put together an educational resource for my business.

As a coach for children & parents, I wanted something simple yet engaging.As an Acadle Pro subscriber, I am super happy about the interface and the functionality.I can actually customize the whole experience for my students as it will allow me to show my students the progress they have made and also keep them motivated by adding in the gamification/ badges that the platform allows me to create.

“A great platform for training specially for companies or big teams

Pros

The built-in community is ready to use with just a click. It has its own video hosting, eliminating the need for third-party services. Super easy to use with live course options.

Cons

There's no built-in feature for dripping content based on user actions; you'll need a third party. The only drip content available is limited to 5 emails sent after a set number of days post-registration. Currently, you can only have free or paid academies out of the box; if you want a mix of free and paid courses, you'll need to find a workaround.

I loved that they offer webhooks and an API, allowing me to integrate customer data and learning progress from Google Sheets or my CRM.

Cons

I don't like that it logs out users after being idle for too long, and some new users might not realize they've been logged out. This feature should be adjustable per academy in the settings.

Cons

A glitch in the Acadle system erased a significant amount of my training content. The support team (co-founder) mentioned that the content could be recovered but deemed it not worth their time. This was a pretty poor experience.

What I appreciate about Acadle is how customizable everything is. From the login page to fonts and colors, everything can be tailored. Plus, you can use your own domain and remove all Acadle branding. Their customer support is top-notch with quick responses and they act on feedback!

It's not the simplest LMS to use and set up because of all the options and settings.

The tools offer helpful options: creating breakpoints in modules, quizzes, summaries, and certifications.

The pricing based on users and total material size is quite lower compared to other LMS solutions.

The Acadle Learning Management System is incredibly accessible for building and for participants. It's highly customizable, from language to backend content.

Cons

If we mark users as inactive, they're still counted towards our user limit. This is frustrating because we then have to delete customers to make room for new ones. If those customers want to enroll in a new course later, we'd have to create a new account instead of just reactivating the existing one.

Acadle allows for creating multiple academies, which is useful for setting up dedicated learning systems for different business units. It includes good standard LMS features and a gamification option.

The API is not yet fully developed, which limits its integration and automation capabilities.
