Pros
Our company has used the Accord LMS for a year. The Accord staff helped us through the initial setup and troubleshooting stages. We recently started using it across our entire organization, and the end users have provided great feedback. It is easy to use and allows learners to experience visual learning instead of just reading process documents.
Cons
Admin setup is a bit complicated, but fortunately, Accord staff members are always there to help.

“Accord LMS - My first choice”
Pros
I have been using the Accord LMS for almost a year as the administrator, managing content and learner access. Setting up and maintaining it was very easy. Support has been excellent, with very fast responses to any question. After comparing several other LMS providers, I chose Accord LMS for its functionality, ease of use, support, and pricing. My experience with Accord LMS has been excellent.
Cons
While the reporting functionality is improving, it's not as straightforward as the rest of the interface. Most reports focus on learner data, and I'm looking for more reports for system administrators. Accord LMS support has helped me create the reports I needed.

“A Solid LMS”
Pros
I love the basic layout of this LMS. It's easy to access your courses, and you can see at a glance what you've completed, what you're working on, and what you haven't started yet. The resources tab is another excellent feature, allowing important material to be posted and accessed by anyone registered in the LMS, not just those assigned specific courses. I can't speak highly enough about the customer service. Any issue or question I've had was immediately addressed by my service guy, who has been kind, patient, and helpful every step of the way.
Cons
The reporting function is somewhat challenging to figure out by yourself, but the customer service is fantastic and eager to guide you through it.
